Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized boutique collection point or courier location.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
